Refund Policy

At Monkey Rant, we want you to be satisfied with your order.

1. Returns
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unused items in original condition within 30 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective: final sale items, clearance items, gift cards, and custom or personalized products.

3. Return Requests
To request a return, contact us at info@monkeyrant.com with your order number and reason for the return.

4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after processing.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the issue.

7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item, please return the eligible item and place a new order.

8. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet entered production or shipped.
